RARE KIND. Here’s a rare kind of businessman. He’s into roasted pig (lechon) business but his friends call him a “selective entrepreneur.” He doesn’t sell to people who, in his view, his lechon is hazardous to their health. “Dili ko buot mapun-an ang ilang hayblood,” he told an Ear informer.
BLAMED. This businessman started this rare business policy two years ago after a government employee died of hypertension after eating lechon he bought from this businessman. “Gibasol sya sa iyang asawa tungod sa inasal nga napalit niini sa akong stall,” the businessman said. “Human sa maong hitabo, basta tambok o tambokon nga pumapalit, dili niya baligyaan,” the Ear informer said.
