DISCIPLINE. Another reader said that the increase in fines is a welcome move for other motorists, especially those who own private vehicles. He said, “Nagsalig ra man gud ning ubang mga drayber kay barato ra man ang fines. Kaming mga nag-follow sa traffic rules pirmi ma high blood aning mga drayber nga kalma ra kaayo mo violate sa trapiko. Tan-awa kinsa ang nangreklamo karon, di ba katong mga PUV drivers?
