Streetkids now starting to sing Christmas carols

CHRISTMAS IS HERE. Many have said that the Christmas spirit will start when one begins to hear Christmas carols. An Ear informer saw several streetkids, armed with beaten softdrink crowns as musical instruments, doing the rounds once again. They were seen clambering up jeepneys and knocking on car windows, singing the usual Christmas carol fare. A jeepney passenger was heard saying, “Haay, Pasko na sab.”

NO BUDGET. Many jeepney passengers liked hearing the songs the streetkids sang, but very few of them opened their wallets to give “pinaskohan” to the carollers. A mother, with two kids in tow, was heard saying, “Naa na sab ning manaygon. Wa gyud ra ba koy budget ani para nila. Pasensiya na lang.”
