Caitlin McNeill posted the photo of the dress on her Tumblr account and it brought her Internet popularity.

Various media outlets have written their own argument whether the dress was really blue and black or white and gold. Science has explained that the color people see varies because it mainly depends on the lighting.

But whatever, the dressmaker outlet selling the dress already said it's BLUE AND BLACK and even posted a photo of it online.
