French president François Hollande arrived in the Philippines on Thursday to address the issues concerning climate change and the effects experienced by the rest of the world. President Benigno Aquino III and President Hollande will also discuss bilateral relationships such as shared democratic values and partnerships to increase economic growth.
Accompanying President Hollande is Hollywood actress Marion Cotillard, an environmental advocate, as well as several top environmental officials and advocates The French delegation will visit Guiuan, Eastern Samar on Friday to see the devastating effects of Supertyphoon Yolanda.
