Muslim preacher killed in Cotabato attack

COTABATO , Philippines —  A Muslim preacher was killed while another was wounded in an attack by unidentified motorcycle-riding men in Nabalawag, Cotabato on Tuesday.

Ebrahim Madidis died at the scene of the attack, which occurred in Barangay Olandang, while his relative, Salindab Madidis, who is also an Islamic missionary, was rushed to a hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound.

Reports said t

he victims were standing along the road when two motorcycle-riding men pulled over and shot them.

Probers have yet to determine the motive for the attack.
