BOC seizes P174.8 million smuggled goods

MANILA, Philippines — Vape products and other illegal items totaling P174.86 million have been seized in Valenzuela.

Found in a warehouse on April 14, the items “may pose serious risks to the health and safety of people,” Customs Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno said.
The Philippine National Police and Philippine Coast Guard aided Customs officials in confiscating the smuggled goods.
