MANILA, Philippines — Voter registration just got more accessible as the Commission on Elections (Comelec) relaunched its Special Register Anywhere/Anytime Program or SRAP, allowing applicants to process their records at satellite sites across Metro Manila.

The SRAP, which was launched in August 2025 for the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections, allows applicants to register as first-time voters, transfer registration records, correct entries or civil status and reactivate inactive records at designated satellite venues instead of local election offices.

Voter registrations are scheduled at the Ateneo de Manila University on Feb. 23, 26 and 27, the Department of Foreign Affairs on Feb. 24 and Megaworld Arcovia City on Feb. 28.

The Comelec said applicants must present a valid government-issued identification card. Police clearances, barangay IDs or certificates and company IDs will not be accepted.

The voter registration will run until May 18 from Monday to Saturday, including holidays, at local Comelec offices.
