MANILA, Philippines — Four newly appointed justices – two for the Court of Appeals (CA) and two for the Sandiganbayan – took their oaths of office at the Supreme Court (SC) in Manila yesterday.
Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo swore in CA Associate Justices Robert Victor Consuji Marcon and Snooky Maria Ana Bareno-Sagayo.
