Bomb threats hit Caloocan

MANILA, Philippines — Classes and government work in Caloocan were suspended yesterday due to bomb threats in four places, including the city hall.
Mayor Along Malapitan, Rep. Oca Malapitan and Caloocan police chief Col. Joey Goforth were conducting building inspections when they learned of the threats.
“A city hall employee received an email about a bomb threat,” Goforth told The STAR.
The Tala High School, Silanganan Elementary School Glorieta Park were also hit by bomb threats.
The police Anti-Cybercrime Group is investigating those behind the incidents.
