Walang Pasok: Class, work suspensions for Sept. 24

MANILA, Philippines — Local governments across Luzon suspended classes for Wednesday, September 24, as Super Typhoon Nando and the enhanced southwest monsoon are expected to still cause heavy rains and other hazards.

The suspensions cover varying levels—from preschool to senior high school—with some areas shifting to online or modular learning as authorities warn of flooding, landslides, and travel disruptions.

Another typhoon, renamed "Opong," meanwhile, has entered the Philippine area of responsibility on Tuesday, September 23.
