WATCH: Super Typhoon Nando's winds as seen in Cagayan

The strong winds and expansive span of Super Typhoon Nando (international name: Ragasa) lashed Cagayan province ahead of its traverse across the northeastern tip of the Philippines on Monday, September 22.

The typhoon moved closer to the Babuyan Islands in the morning, where Signal No. 5 is now in effect.
