EDSA busway expands with new stop at MOA
MANILA, Philippines — A new bus stop for the EDSA Busway is set to open at the SM Mall of Asia (MOA).
The Department of Transportation (DOTr) said it will conduct a dry run for a new northbound bus stop at the MOA Busway Station to supplement the current southbound operations.
The dry run will commence on September 22, 12:01 a.m., until September 30, 11:59 p.m.
The new station will be implemented starting Oct. 1, 2025.
The DOTr also advised passengers to board and alight only at designated loading and unloading zones, marked by official signs.
It also advised busway drivers to follow their assigned lanes.
“The Department extends its gratitude to motorists and commuters for their patience and cooperation as we continue to improve and enhance the EDSA Busway experience for all,” the DOTr said.
