MANILA, Philippines — To enable residents to access an array of government services, Parañaque rolled out its HELP or the health, education, lifestyle and livelihood card last week.

The card will first be available to over 106,000 senior citizens and persons with disabilities in the city. However, residents can start registering for the card next year via help.paranaque.gov.ph. Online registration hubs will also be opened in partner malls.

Parañaque Mayor Edwin Olivarez said the HELP card hopes to address the challenges his constituents face.

“I know the struggles that you face every day in health, jobs and attaining daily needs. We are doing this to serve you well,” Olivarez said.

Cardholders can avail of “various forms” of government aid and exclusive discounts at city hospitals, educational institutions and private partners, such as Okada Manila.
