UP lists 117 UPCAT testing centers nationwide

MANILA, Philippines — The University of the Philippines has issued the official list of testing centers for the UP College Admission Test or UPCAT 2026 for the examinations scheduled in 18 regions today and tomorrow.

The UP Office of Admissions said the UPCAT will be administered in 117 testing centers set up in all the regions of the country.

“Please note that you must take the exam at the testing center and session you are assigned to. Your exam details are indicated in your test permit, which can be downloaded from the application portal,” UP said on Facebook.

“Please note that the Dagupan City, Pangasinan testing center has been changed to Lingayen, Pangasinan due to the recent weather. Please wait for our email for when you can download your updated test permit,” the advisory added.

The UP Office of Admissions also announced that the UPCAT in Cuyo, Palawan is rescheduled to Aug. 3 and 4.

In the National Capital Region, the testing centers include UP Manila, UP Diliman, Philippine Science High School Main Campus in Quezon City and UP Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.

Up to 17,996 or 13 percent of the 135,236 applicants passed the 2025 UPCAT.
