CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga, Philippines — Party drug Ketamine valued at P25.31 million was seized by anti-narcotics agents in a warehouse in this freeport zone on Wednesday.
The illegal drug, weighing five kilos, was concealed in a package that was declared to be containing data cable roll and shipped from Lier, Belgium.
The parcel was addressed to a resident in Rodriguez, Rizal, according to Brig. Gen. Rogelio Penones Jr., Central Luzon police director. — Emmanuel Tupas
