BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Up to P10.8 million worth of marijuana plants were destroyed by police and agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency following separate raids in Sadanga, Mountain Province over the weekend.
The raiding team torched up to 54,000 fully grown marijuana plants in two plantations in Barangay Saclit, according to Cordillera police director Brig. Gen. David Peredo.
Police said no one was arrested during the operations.
