LAGUNA, Philippines — Four men posing as agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) allegedly barged into the house of a businessman and carted away at least P600,000 worth of cash and jewelry in Sta. Rosa City in this province on Saturday night.

Complainant Nino Marfil, 46, told probers the suspects were armed when they arrived at his house in Barangay Sinalhan and asked for his sister Marilou.

He said the suspects brought him and his family to a room where the armed men took cash, jewelry and phones before fleeing.

Marfil said the suspects were wearing black jackets, face masks, caps and slippers.

Probers said they would review footage of closed-circuit television cameras installed in the neighborhood.
