Missing man found dead in Rizal town

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — A man reported missing over the weekend was found dead in a grassy portion of a construction site in Angono, Rizal on Wednesday.

The body of Ryan Balang, 39, a poultry caretaker, was decomposing when discovered at a subdivision in Barangay San Roque, according to Angono police chief Maj. Lauro Moratillo.

Moratillo said a witness tagged Rolando Mahinay, a caretaker at a construction site, as the prime suspect.

Probers are looking into theft and a personal grudge as the motives for the killing.
