Roads in Tondo closed for Araw ng Maynila
MANILA, Philippines — Several roads in Tondo, Manila will be closed to motorists for the celebration of Araw ng Maynila tomorrow.
In an advisory yesterday, the city pubalic information office said the streets of Moriones (from Mel Lopez Boulevard to N. Zamora), Morga, Concha and Sta. Maria would be closed for a civic parade starting at 6 a.m.
Motorists who will be affected by the road closures are advised to take alternate routes.
Vehicles coming from N. Zamora going to Mel Lopez Boulevard should turn left to Moriones street to Dagupan street to point of destination.
Vehicles coming from Mel Lopez Boulevard should go straight to Road 10, turn right to Capulong to point of destination.
Motorists coming from Juan Luna street intending to utilize Moriones street are advised to go straight to Tayuman street.
