New San Juan City Hall of Justice unveiled

MANILA, Philippines — Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo led the inauguration of the new San Juan City Hall of Justice on Wednesday.

Gesmundo was joined by Mayor Francis Zamora as well as Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Marvic Leonen and Associate Justices Alfredo Benjamin Caguiao, Ramon Paul Hernando, Amy Lazaro-Javier, Rodil Zalameda, Jhosep Lopez, Japar Dimaampao, Jose Midas Marquez, Maria Filomena Singh and Antonio Kho Jr.

Officials from the Department of Justice also attended the event.

“The San Juan City Hall of Justice is a symbol of hope for the people. It is integral in our overall governance master plan,” Zamora said in his speech.

The four-story San Juan Hall of Justice houses the offices of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Public Assistance Office and the Office of the City Prosecutor.
