Woman found dead under bed
CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — A woman was found dead under her bed at her house in Lucena City in Quezon at dawn on Thursday.
The body of Maribel Bordeos was discovered by her neighbors, who complained of a bad odor coming from the victim’s house in Barangay Gulang 2, according to city police chief Lt. Col. Erickson Roranes.
Police said the victim was last seen on Monday.
Bordeos’ grandson Erickson Manuba and his partner Diane Culot, who were living with her, were not present when her body was discovered.
Probers said they have two persons of interest in the death of Bordeos.
“We are still waiting for the result of the autopsy to determine the cause of death of the victim,” Roranes said.
