Quezon City’s No. 8 most wanted drug suspect falls

MANILA, Philippines — The No. 8 most wanted drug dealer in Quezon City was arrested yesterday in a sting that yielded P136,000 of shabu.

Rakma Talib Kadon, 43, was apprehended by police in Barangay Batasan Hills at around 6:35 a.m., Quezon City Police District director Brig. Gen. Nicolas Torre III said.

Kadon allegedly negotiated a deal with a police officer, who posed as a buyer, for P24,000 worth of shabu.

Seized from the suspect were 20 grams of shabu and the cell phone, which she used during the drug transaction.

Another drug suspect was nabbed for alleged possession of 10 grams of shabu valued at P68,000 in Barangay Sta. Monica.

Jackielyn Millete, 33, is being held by police on drug charges.
