CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines — A German citizen wanted in his country was arrested in Romblon on Thursday.

He said Janich is married to a Filipina and has been living in the country for almost 10 years.

Police liaison officer Ulrich Gundlach of the German embassy said Janich is an undesirable alien and a risk to public safety and security. His offense in Germany was “public incitement to commit criminal offense.”
