P9 million marijuana bricks recovered in Kalinga town

BAGUIO CITY , Philippines — Eight bricks of dried marijiuana leaves with an estimated value of P960,000 were recovered by the roadside in Sitio Balangabang in Barangay Dangoy, in Lubuangan, Kalinga on Sunday.

Police said the marijuana bricks weighing around eight kilos were in a blue container, which was left near the house of a certain Gary Guilay.

Guilay sought police assistance when he found the suspicious item
