Dean arrested for acts of lasciviousness

COTABATO CITY, Philippines — Police arrested on Monday a dean in Pagadian City who was accused of acts of lasciviousness by his students.

Oscar Cosicol, 44, did not resist arrest when police personnel served the warrant at his residence in Barangay Buenavista.

Cosicol is the dean of the criminology department at the Southern Mindanao Colleges in Barangay Sta. Lucia.

Judge Clyde Rondique of the Municipal Trial Court Branch 2, which covers Pagadian City and Zamboanga del Sur, signed the warrant dated Dec. 27, 2021.

Bail was set at P36,000.
