Marikina mayor strengthens alliance with party-list

MANILA, Philippines — Marikina Mayor Marcelino Teodoro has affirmed his partnership with the Ang Probinsyano party-list.

Ang Probinsyano Rep. Alfred delos Santos and member Michael Chua attended the Education Assistance project with Teodoro at the Concepcion Elementary School last week.

Around 400 student-beneficiaries were given P5,000 each. The students are enrolled in a four-year course and belong to indigent families whose household income is P10,000 and below.

Teodoro said the group also helped the residents of Marikina during the onslaught of Typhoon Ulysses last year.

Teodoro is running for reelection in the May 2022 elections.
