Man nabbed with gasoline bomb in Malabon

MANILA, Philippines — A 20-year-old man was arrested and a minor rescued for possessing molotov cocktails in Malabon on Wednesday night.

Jimmy Boy Villena was arrested with improvised gasoline bombs along M.H. del Pilar street in Barangay Tugatog, according to the Malabon police.

His 17-year-old companion was turned over to the social workers’ custody.

A video was taken of a riot involving youth groups with gasoline bombs in Malabon last May 27.

The two were accosted by police after a similar incident happened along A. Mabini street in Caloocan on Tuesday.
