MANILA, Philippines — Seven men were arrested for holding a drinking session on the street in San Juan on Thursday night.
Adolf Perez, 50; Victorino Castañeda, 49; Alberto Brillante, 49; Ruben Paolo dela Cruz, 27; Vimad Antonio, 32; Rey Pace, 18, and Jessy Lomanas, 18, were allegedly not wearing shirts while having a drinking session on the street in Barangay San Perfecto at around 8 p.m.
Police issued the men citation tickets for violating ordinances against being half-naked, drinking in public and failing to observe social distancing. They were later released.
