DAGUPAN CITY , Philippines — A blind masseur was arrested on Thursday for allegedly raping two girls, one of them also blind, in Barangay Bonuan Gueset in this city.
The victims are an 11-year-old and her 15-year-old sister whose father is a friend of the suspect.
The victims claimed that the suspect, who in staying in their house, had repeatedly raped them several times last month.
The parents of the victims are also blind. One of their neighbors reported the incident to the police.
