6/58 lotto pot soars to P136 million

MANILA, Philippines — The 6/58 Ultra Lotto’s jackpot is expected to soar to P136 million for tonight’s draw, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced yesterday.

Royina Garma, PCSO general manager, said the prize continued to increase as nobody hit the six-digit winning combination 10-01-39-05-28-15, which had a jackpot of P131.522 million.

Garma said 41 bettors won a consolation prize of P28,410 each after guessing five digits of the winning combination.

In October last year, a bettor who bought a lotto ticket from an outlet along Rizal Avenue in Manila won the Ultra Lotto’s jackpot of P244.927 million.

The online lottery game is drawn every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
