SUAL, Pangasinan, Philippines — Police seized around 360 kilos of milkfish in Barangay Poblacion in this town on Thursday.
The milkfish were in 12 containers in an L300 van driven by Bryanne Adona, 39, a resident of Barangay Tobuan, Labrador. Tests showed the seized fish were not fit for human consumption.
Police said Adona and his two helpers failed to show the necessary permits to transport the fish.
