MANILA, Philippines (Updated 3:27 p.m., May 9) — The list of candidates gunning for local posts in the city of Mandaluyong has been released by the poll body.
Mandaluyong, one of the highly urbanized cities of the National Capital Region, recorded a population of 386,276 in 2015.
