Motorbikes collide in South Cotabato; 3 dead

KORONADAL CITY, Philippines  —  Three persons were killed and another was injured when their motorcycles collided in Barangay Rotonda in this city on Wednesday.

A report from the city traffic office identified the fatalities as McHern Vitar, a resident of Tacurong City; Kenneth Peril, 20, of President Quirino, Sultan Kudarat, and Louie Jay Debil, 35, of Barangay Zone 111 here. They died at the scene.

John Michael de la Cruz, 30, remains confined at the South Cotabato Provincial Hospital.

Witnesses said the victims were thrown off their motorcycles due to the impact of the crash.
