Grand Lotto jackpot to hit P178 million by weekend

MANILA, Philippines — The Grand Lotto 6/55 jackpot is estimated to climb further to a hefty P178 million by the next draw tomorrow, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said yesterday.

No lucky player won in the last draw held Wednesday night, which had a winning combination 32-08-48-34-55-17 and a P173,116,728 jackpot.

Five bettors who guessed five numbers of the six-digit winning number combination won P200,000 each as consolation prize.

The Grand Lotto 6/55 was last won in September by a lone bettor from Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo with a jackpot prize of P53.4 million. 

The Grand Lotto is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
