NCRPO launches hotline

MANILA, Philippines — The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) yesterday launched a hotline system where the public can send complaints against police scalawags and report crimes.

NCRPO director Chief Superintendent Guillermo Eleazar said citizens can send complaints and other concerns through 09158888181 for Globe users and 09999018181 for Smart users.

Eleazar said people can also send messages using other platforms such as Viber, WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram and Line.

Aside from the hotline numbers, Eleazar said  the public  can reach them through Facebook at @NCRPO react and their email addresses
[email protected] and [email protected].

He said complaints against abusive police officers will be investigated thoroughly.

Eleazar said police officers could respond within five minutes for cases that need immediate action.
