TUGUEGARAO, Cagayan, Philippines — The charred remains of a 74-year-old man were found at his house in Barangay Poblacion West, Flora, Apayao on Monday.
The body of Rudy Pascua was discovered by his grandson at around 9 a.m.
Medical examination showed the victim was also hit in the head with a hard object.
