MANILA, Philippines - Two more fighter jets acquired by the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) from South Korea will arrive at Clark Air Base in Pampanga tomorrow.
Maj. Gen. Arnold Mancita, Air Logistics Command chief, will lead officials and personnel of the Philippine Air Force (PAF) in receiving the FA-50 fighter jets.
The delivery completes the purchase of a dozen fighter jets that can be used in training and surface assaults. The first batch arrived in November.
The AFP spent P18.8 billion to boost the fighting and defense capabilities of the PAF.
