MANILA, Philippines — After making landfall in Eastern Visayas, Tropical Depression Crising has weakened into a low pressure area (LPA).

Due to this, the state weather bureau already lifted all the tropical cyclone warning signals.

In its 7 a.m. advisory, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Crising is already in the vicinity of Basey, Samar.

“Crising” was located 85 kilometers east south-east of Roxas City near Panay Islands at 4 a.m.

PAGASA weather forecaster Rob Gille said the LPA will bring light to moderate rains over the Visayan region, particularly in Central and Eastern Visayas as well as Bicol and Caraga. He added that the temperature in the area will be around 28 to 29 degrees Celsius.

On the other hand, Luzon including Mimaropa, Quezon and Metro Manila will experience a hot weather with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms. Gille said the expected temperature is estimated at 31 to 34 while Baguio will have 16 to 24 degrees Celsius temperature.

Gille said no weather disturbance is expected in the next three days and the country will remain to have a hot temperature that may reach to 34 degrees Celsius.
