LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines –Two drug suspects and another accused of murder escaped from a jail in Masbate on Wednesday.
Rolando Navarro, 32, alias Toto Negro; Romeo Relox, 36, and Mario Caridad, 18, sawed off the grill of their cell in Balud town, police said yesterday.
The partner of Navarro identified as Marites Amo faces investigation for allegedly bringing the saw to the detention facility.
A manhunt for the escapees is underway.
