SUV falls off ravine; 1 dead, 5 hurt

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – A businessman died while five of his companions were critically injured when their sport utility vehicle plunged into a 50-meter ravine in Nagtipunan, Quirino on Sunday.?

Ronald Atienza, 33, a resident of Cauayan City, Isabela died while being treated at the Diduyon District Hospital.

The driver of the Toyota Land Cruiser, Christian Untalan; passengers Haydee Mae Amigo, 18;  Raness Ann Lozano, 24; Duzzle Katawaran, 18, and Romeo Bautista, 33, were confined in various hospitals.
