Blackout to hit Pampanga, N. Ecija

MABALACAT, Pampanga, Philippines – Parts of Pampanga and Nueva Ecja will experience a power interruption tomorrow.

The towns of Bacolor, Guagua, Samusan, Sta. Rita, Mabalacat and Porac in Pampanga will be affected, the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) said in an advisory.

The NGCP will conduct maintenance work along the Hermosa-Guagua transmission line during the power outage.

The towns of Jaen, San Antonio, Cabiao, San Isidro and Gapan City will be affected by the blackout in Nueva Ecija. The NGCP said the power interruption would allow maintenance work along the Cabanatuan-San Isidro 2 transmission line.
