Boy, 4, drowns in CamSur

LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines – A four-year-old boy drowned while swimming in one of the pools at a resort in Libmanan, Camarines Sur on Sunday, police said yesterday.

Charles Magoljado was with his relatives at the Tindayagan Falls and Resort in Barangay Palong when the accident occurred.

The boy was pronounced dead on arrival at the Libmanan District Hospital.

In North Upi, Maguindanao, a 10-year-old girl died after she was electrocuted while picking avocados on Monday.

Justine Flores accidentally touched a live wire hanging from the avocado tree, according to her neighbors.
