Power outage to hit Aurora, Nueva Ecija

SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga, Philippines – Eight municipalities in Nueva Ecija and six in Aurora will experience power outage for 11 hours today.

The power interruption will pave the way for the replacement of insulators and maintenance repair activities along the Cabanatuan-Baler transmission line, according to Ernest Vidal of the National Grid Corp. of the Philippines.

Among the affected towns are Talavera, Natividad, Llanera, Palayan, Bongabon, Gabaldon, Laur and Rizal in Nueva Ecija and Dingalan, San Luis, Maria, Baler and Dipaculao in Aurora.

Meanwhile, some parts of Tarlac will experience power interruption from midnight tomorrow until 2 a.m. the next day.
