Isabela to experience 10-hour blackout

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Philippines – Parts of Isabela will experience a 10- hour blackout today, the National Grid Corp.  of the Philippines (NGCP) announced yesterday.

The NGCP said the power interruption will allow maintenance work by the Isabela II Electric Cooperative in its sub-station in Cabagan town.?

The towns of Sto. Tomas, Delfin Albano, Tumauini, Cabagan, San Pablo and Sta. Maria will be affected by the blackout.
