Briton accuses Pinay girlfriend of theft

ITOGON, Benguet, Philippines  – A Briton has filed a complaint against his Filipina girlfriend for allegedly taking his personal belongings here.

David Hughes O’Neil, 61, told police that his girlfriend, whom he identified as Heide Busquit, 30, left him and took his camera, three phones, bags and suitcases.

O’Neil said he discovered that his valuables were missing when he arrived from a six-day business trip in Saudi Arabia on Sept. 25. 

He reported the incident only on Wednesday after realizing that Busquit was no longer returning to him.
