CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga, Philippines – Two persons were killed while three others were wounded in an attack by motorcycle-riding men in Arayat town in this province on Monday.

Jaymar Bulanadi, 21, died at the scene from gunshot wounds while his companion Ronnie Lugue, 21, was declared dead on arrival at the Arayat District Hospital, where their friends – Jayvee de Leon, Arjay Mallar and Rizalyn Paguinto – were taken for treatment.

Pampanga police director Senior Superintendent Rodolfo Recomono said the victims were in a tricycle when the armed men blocked them in Barangay Areanas.

The suspects took the victims’ phones and shot them before fleeing.

The assailants shot at a Mitsubishi Montero (ABF-8092) driven by Roder Millares, 41, as they were escaping from the crime scene.
