ILOILO CITY, Philippines – An alleged top drug trafficker and his four accomplices were arrested in a sting in President Roxas town in Capiz yesterday morning.

Aside from President Roxas, Culasino was  reportedly supplying shabu in the nearby towns of Pontevedra and Pilar.

The suspects were detained at the municipal jail as authorities are preparing to file charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act against them.
