MALOLOS, Philippines – Police have arrested Central Luzon’s fifth most wanted fugitive in Barangay Lico in San Rafael, Bulacan on Thursday.
Roldan Mariano, 46, a resident of Barangay Pinaod in San Ildefonso, was also tagged as the town’s most wanted person.
Senior Superintendent Ferdinand Divina said Mariano was arrested based on a warrant issued by Judge Teodora Gonzales of the Malolos Regional Trial Court Branch 14 for two counts of robbery and carjacking.
