COTABATO CITY, Philippines - Gunmen killed three and wounded another in separate attacks in the city from between Thursday until before dawn Friday, police said.

The fatalities, Kahar Bandola, Tohamie Ayunan and Abu Eiman Macasasa, were separately shot dead one another in different incidents in the city during the period.

More than ten people have been killed here by suspected guns-for-hire in the past six weeks.

Renato Concha, who was wounded in another gun attack last Thursday, is now undergoing medication at a local hospital.

Concha was attacked by one of two men riding a motorcycle together while along the busy De Mazenod Avenue in Cotabato City.

Senior Superintendent Rex Anongos, director of the city police, said most of the killings in the city were triggered by old grudges.
